Silvia Torres is a licensed mental health counselor and a nationally board-certified counselor accredited by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). She graduated with honors from Hunter College, earning a Master of Science in Education (MS Ed) in Mental Health Counseling. Ms. Torres possesses extensive experience in supporting individuals facing challenges such as trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is trained in EMDR Therapy and is working toward certification. Furthermore, she specializes in guiding individuals as they explore the cultural dimensions of their identity and their implications on their role in the world.
