Johana is a bilingual licensed mental health counselor who views the therapy room as one of the most sacred and safe spaces a person can experience. She considers it a true privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate their journey of healing and self-discovery. Johana has experience working with individuals, couples, and groups in both outpatient and private practice settings. Drawing from trauma-informed, person-centered approaches and training in CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT, she supports clients coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use.
